Little Bits o Random-ness
These lil bits include, fishing at the fish farm, which did not fly with Bridger, hiking at Fernwood, swimming in ponds, playing at Boondocks, which Bridger thinks is "chuckercheese" minus the creepy dancing mouse that smells of stale pizza, playing at the Layton splashpad, and going to Park City with Grandma and Grandpa for hiking, alpine slide and zip lines. Wheeew.

Rainbow Road
Made the annual pilgrimage to Wendover to admire cars with Larry and Nae. Had the roll of my life and won several hundred buckaroonies on craps and even scored tix to the Beach Boys. Good fun!
Steppin' out Vegas Style
Kelly and I celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary June 7th and decided to take a mini vacay in Vegas. Got us a terrific room at the Bellagio and spent the majority of our time hanging out by the pool and baking in the 118 degree sun, rollin' some dice, riding coasters and painting the town red. Also went to see Absinthe at Caesar's Palace, which turned out to be delightfully raucous, crude and hilarious. I would definitely recommend it (for those without a sense of propriety).
And my personal fave, the Boneyard Neon Museum, which just began doing night tours. I thought it was awesome. Kelly not so much. But I had enough enthusiasm for the both of us to hurdle the incredibly annoying tour guide, the fact that is was 113 degrees at 9:00 at night AND that it took an hour to tour a quarter acre of land in said 113 degree heat. Loved it.
Memorial Day
Sail or Pergola
Because our backyard is so conveniently situated in a west facing fashion, we've always had a very difficult time enjoying the yard in the summer months. While we await the maturation of our trees, it became necessary to shade at least a small portion of the yard. I voted for a classically expensive and toilsome pergola and Kelly voted for the less expensive shade sail option. So we compromised and went with the shade sail. :D In spite of my grumblings, we've really enjoyed the serene shade it's provided and have found ourselves spending more and more time chillin' outside. There is much work to be done on the yard still. Stay tuned.
Easter
Oops! Almost forgot all about Easter. Bridger loved coloring eggs and helping make chicklet cake pops. Both of which were epic failures. :) The Easter Bunny brought a special treat for Bridger in the form of a brand new bicycle, which he had so much fun riding with his cousins. Mr. EB also hid some eggs for the pups filled with special treats.
Ready...Set....Go!
Here comes a slew of posts with little to no commentary, because of my inability to really commit to blogging. ie) no time. So until I get caught up, here are a bunch of random things that have happened the last 4 months. We'll start with a visit to pleasant Vernal to celebrate Grandpa's 94th birthday!

And some additional recreating.
