Thanksgiving in Sunny Califor-ni-a

Because I'm such the good little wiffey that I am, I bought Kelly [and myself] tickets to the Chargers v. Chiefs game in San Diego over Thanksgiving. So, while the rest of you were freezing your carc-asses off, we were enjoying plenty of sunshine and fun.

We spent Thanksgiving day at Knotts Berry Farm then strolled over to Adam and Nikki's house to eat their Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks A&N for for the deelightful pie and good time!

The Story of a Tree

It seems as though we have come full circle in our blog. Starting back up again with the cutting of a tree. Yup, it's that time of year again. This year we went up to Soapstone Basin with Kathy, Dennis, Leslie and Fraser. Kelly went conservative this year an only cut down a 20 [or so] footer. This time there were no near death experiences to report, just a nice afternoon in them thar hills.

Good for lapping up water and/or catching bugs 20 feet away. Also useful if you've ever wondered what your eyeballs taste like.

Yes, of course we dressed the dogs for Halloween. They have so few years here in life, why shouldn't they spend them in utter humiliation? Fluffy's horns wouldn't fit, so she was only half a devil. Gizmo hates to be the pumpkin. I love to exercise my will over creatures smaller than me. Perhaps in my next life I will meet the same fate.
